As response to your long drawn out excuse of why my dress was ruined. I spoke to several people including the 2 dry cleaners in Orlando that handled my clothes and every one had the same reaction. 1) how can a 10 year old dress that has been cleaned several times all of a sudden bleed. 2) if it was a cheap dye, it would have bled out during the 1st time being cleaned. 3) the dress was snow white with a small amount of black and gold trim, where did the green come from? You still haven't answered that question because white, black and gold if mixed together does not make green. It doesn't take rocket science to know that those 3 colors mixed would never make green. Stop trying to blame this on them manufactures for your mistakes. You said it ruined a entire load of clothes, its seems that you put something on that load that you should mot have.!!!. And why was it out on with other clothes. My previous cleaner stated that because it was a formal and due to the amount of material and special sequences , it was always cleaned separate.
